- Pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups grated mozarella cheese
- Veggies chopped (red pepper, green pepper, onion, garlic, etc.)
- Salt and pepper
- Capers (1 tsp)
- Red pepper spice
- EVOO (1 tbsp)
- Preheat your oven to 400. Place pizza dough on dark cooking sheet (if other cooking surface-preheat to 425).
- Cook dough for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat up some EVOO and your veggies chopped up in a medium frying pan. Add your capers and heat through for extra flavor. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper spice to taste.
- Remove pizza after 5 minutes (make sure it's firm enough though. If not, continue to heat a few more minutes.
- Add pizza sauce and spread evenly across the dough. Next, add your cheese evenly.
- Add your veggies or additional toppings.
- Cook in oven for about 6-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
