Saute your veggies using EVOO on medium high heat until tender, add salt and pepper. Add marsala wine during last 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook your bacon and ham until browned on both sides for flavor. Remove and place on paper towels to get rid of the grease. Set aside and let cool.
Once the bacon is cool enough, break it into bite size pieces or you can cut it as well.
Mix together half of the veggies, 2 eggs, half the ham and bacon, and a 1/4 of the cheese. Heat up a small skillet with pam on it. Place the mixture inside and scramble until done.
