Great for a healthy mid-day snack or a side dish! Super easy!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound thinly sliced button mushrooms
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, fresh and chopped
- 2 tbsp dill, fresh and chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, fresh and chopped
- Salt and pepper
What to do:
- Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Serve and enjoy!
