Mushroom Salad!



Great for a healthy mid-day snack or a side dish! Super easy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound thinly sliced button mushrooms
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 2 tbsp dill, fresh and chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives, fresh and chopped
  • Salt and pepper
What to do:
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix well. 
  2. Serve and enjoy!
